Certified Healthcare Transporter (CHT) Certification Confirmation.  For certified healthcare transporters who have completed the complete CHT Course, and would like to pay for their credentials. A Certified Healthcare Transporter Instructor should validate your competency prior to payment, and email the renewal application to Donald@Impacttrainingcompany.com. Please include the name, and email of the transporters being renewed, so the credential can be emailed.
